Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 30, 2026
These terms apply to your use of this website and to calls placed to (425) 592-3552.
The Purpose of This Site
Canyon Park Water Removal publishes information about water damage in Bothell, WA. It does not inspect, extract, dry, repair, or price any work. Calls to (425) 592-3552 are answered by, or connected to, independent water damage restoration companies, and those companies set their own prices and do the work.
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work, a price quote, or a promise about when a company can respond.
Restoration Work Comes From Independent Companies
Each restoration company that answers is an independent business. It sets its own prices, terms, schedules, licenses, insurance, and warranties, and it alone is responsible for the work it does.
Before you hire a company, check its Washington contractor registration on the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries lookup and read its written estimate. Any agreement for work is between you and that company.
Reading the Guidance on These Pages
The pages explain standards, codes, insurance rules, and local offices as published by their owners on the dates listed on the references page. Those rules change, so confirm a rule with its office, your insurer, or your policy before you rely on it.
The site gives general information, not legal, insurance, engineering, or medical advice.
Phone Calls Placed Through This Site
Calls may be recorded under Washington's all-party consent law (RCW 9.73.030), with an announcement at the start of the call. Call details are shared with the company you speak with, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Limits on Liability
To the extent the law allows, Canyon Park Water Removal is not responsible for the work, prices, delays, or conduct of any restoration company, or for losses that come from relying on general information on this site.
Ownership of the Pages
The site owner holds the text, the blueprint drawings, and the layout. Sharing a link to any page is welcome.
Washington Law Applies
These terms are read under the laws of the State of Washington.
